A Letter from a Buyer |
The more I reviewed the contract, the more objectively I looked at the over-all investment
in the project. There are no guarantees that can be looked at better then what you have
already supplied. No doubt, your personnel investment far exceeds any one persons
investment in one or more of the lots. That in itself makes a real statement. Your risk is
greater then anyone else's and if a person is narrow minded to think you can give them a
guarantee more then what you already have, is a person you really don't need to deal
with.
Your perception and insight to this project far exceeds any land development I have been
involved with. This land captures a unique value that one lacks words to describe. The
longer you work with this project the better you will understand the legal aspects and in
the mean time Sharon and I have no problem sending the payment monthly. The minimal monetary
investment made to date is nothing compared to the memories experienced with the beauty and
tranquillity your project has provided. Future visits will just enhance our opinion of what
you already know and share.
You have done one hell of a good job, thanks for letting us be part of your dream.
